We stopped at Midnight Sun Brewing. They had a wonderful beer selection. It is probably one of the bast microbreweries we have ever been to. Don't worry. We are bringing home beer. We viscid the other brewpubs downtown Anchorage but they were not impressive.
We stayed at Lake Hood Inn which was on the lake with all the float planes. It was realty neat to see the planes take off and land. They even had head phones so you could hear ten pilots talk to air traffic control.
